A L B A  R I S E

Alba Rise lives between Belgium and Sicily and she started studying music theory at the age of four and specialised in the piano composition.

She was later influenced by «The Prodigy » and « Freestylers » and subsequently became addicted to electronic music. 

The first party she went to in 2003 was a performance in Drum & Bass by legendary Goldie and this experience was a revelation that inspired her to start playing music on vinyl.

DJ Xentrix was the first who believed in her and later DJ System D too but at that time her heart was swaying between Drum & Bass and Techno with Vitalic & Carl Cox becoming her favourite DJs. 

In 2007 her fame in Belgium rose exponentially which led to her playing around the world for many years until she decided to stop and follow her other passion of composing piano music. 

Influenced more and more over the years by the likes of Enrico Sangiuliano, Loco Dice, Adam Beyer and many more, she decided to make a come back to the turntables again at the beginning of 2019.

Her current style includes Deep house, Tech-House and Techno with Afro-House, Indie nu Disco, Funky Groove, Minimal and Progressive.
